BGSU supports several conferencing and collaboration tools, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and more.

The core systems or applications that support business processes at BGSU. These systems include: Canvas, Office 365, Campus Solutions (CSS), Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Management Solutions (FMS), as well as the Content Management System (CMS), EvaluationKit, Adobe Sign and others.

BGSU offers a secure wireless network (eduroam) that does not require consistent log on for current faculty, staff and students. Eduroam allows users from participating academic institutions to securely access the internet at any other eduroam participating locations using their home institution's email address and password.

BGSU offers printing services (Falcon Print) to all students, faculty, and staff - including student/mobility printing, lab printing and office printing.

**New project and enhancement requests are paused while current projects are being completed. The university project workload is at capacity until the start of the Fall 2022 semester due to the number of overall projects, the number of large projects, and staff resource availability issues. Projects and enhancements will still be processed if they are needed for regulatory, compliance, or emergency reasons. Please reach out to Margo Kammeyer and Sheri Thomas via email if this is needed.**

Prior to submitting a Project Evaluation/LeanBGSU Request users should familiarize themselves with the three IT Project Classifications used by ITS to categorize requests. These Project Classifications include: IT Services, IT Enhancements and IT Projects.

BGSU Firelands Technology Support Services (OTSS) offers a variety of services for use by any BGSU student, faculty, or staff member. You will use this page to submit work requests to OTSS for services on the Firelands Campus.
