Classrooms & Labs

ITS offers a variety of facilities for use by any BGSU student, faculty, or staff member. Some labs are designed for a special purpose while other areas are available for general use during posted hours. Labs owned by ITS are managed and staffed by the ITS department. Department Labs do exist on campus, which are administered by their local department.

Collaboration & Conferencing

BGSU supports several conferencing and collaboration tools, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Bomgar, and more.

Enterprise Applications & Academic Software

The core systems or applications that support business processes at BGSU. These systems include: Canvas, Office 365, Campus Solutions (CSS), Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Management Solutions (FMS), as well as the Content Management System (CMS), EvaluationKit, Adobe Sign and others.

Network Access

BGSU offers a secure wireless network (eduroam) that does not require consistent log on for current faculty, staff and students. Eduroam allows users from participating academic institutions to securely access the internet at any other eduroam participating locations using their home institution's email address and password.

Printing

BGSU offers printing services (Falcon Print) to all students, faculty, and staff - including student/mobility printing, lab printing and office printing.

Projects

Use this page to submit Project Evaluation/LeanBGSU Requests to ITS. This page should not be used for general IT inquiries.

Prior to submitting a Project Evaluation/LeanBGSU Request users should familiarize themselves with the three IT Project Classifications used by ITS to categorize requests. These Project Classifications include: IT Services, IT Enhancements and IT Projects.

Firelands Request

BGSU Firelands Technology Support Services (OTSS) offers a variety of services for use by any BGSU student, faculty, or staff member. You will use this page to submit work requests to OTSS for services on the Firelands Campus.
