What is it?
The process for reporting an issue with the MyBGSU portal. This should not be used for login issues. Please contact ITS support for lockout or login issues. Typically access issues can be resolved by clearing your browser cache.
How to request it?
For issues not in need of immediate assistance, please submit the report issue form on this page.
Issues occurring after 5pm Mon-Fri, on the weekends, during University-observed holidays/when the service desk is otherwise closed, or for emergency issues, please contact Information Technology Services directly.
