Project Evaluation requests, Business Process Reviews (BPRs) and requests for information needed related to audits.

Prior to submitting a Project Evaluation request users should familiarize themselves with the three IT Project Classifications used by ITS to categorize requests. These Project Classifications include: IT Services, IT Ongoing Operations and IT New Projects.

Project Evaluation Request

Use the form on this page to submit a Project Evaluation Request to ITS. By submitting this request you are committing to serve as the project’s designated representative and must present this request to the PRC for approval as part of the project governance process before the project can begin. Please note that PRC committee meetings occur the first Wednesday of every month at 4 p.m.
