What is it?

Project Evaluation Request is the starting point for requesting ITS resources for new projects or ongoing operational activities. Depending on the nature of the work, several levels of approval may be required to complete this request.

For more information on how this process works, please review the IT Project Classifications knowledge base article.

How to request it?

To request a Project Evaluation, please submit the request form on this page.

How to use it?

Complete the Request Evaluation form and answer all of the related questions specific to your project. The ITS team will then contact you to explain how the remainder of the process will be completed.

By submitting this request you are committing to serve as the project’s designated representative and must present this request to the Project Review Committee (PRC) for approval as part of the project governance process before the project can begin. Please note that the PRC committee meetings occur the first Wednesday of every month at 4 p.m.

How much does it cost?
