Project Evaluation Request

Who can use it?

BGSU faculty and staff.

What is it?

A Project Evaluation Request is the starting point for requesting new enhancements, projects that require IT resources, or audits where information is needed from ITS. Depending on the nature of the work requested, there may be several levels of approval required in order to complete this request. Only those projects that warrant investment will be forwarded to the Executive Sponsors Committee for review and approval.

For more information on how this process works, please review the IT Project Classifications knowledge base article.

How to request it?

To request a Project Evaluation, please submit the request form on this page.

How to use it?

Complete the Request Evaluation form and answer all of the related questions specific to your project. The ITS team will then contact you to explain how the remainder of the process will be completed.

By submitting this request you are committing to serve as the project’s designated representative and must present this request to the SIC for approval as part of the project governance process before the project can begin. Please note that SIC committee meetings occur the first Tuesday of every month at 4 p.m.
