Change Access to Shared (Office) Email Account/Calendar

Who can use it?

BGSU faculty and staff.

*The person completing this form must be the documented account owner or contact person for the affected email or calendar account. If you are not sure who that person might be, please Contact Information Technology Services. If the old contact person has left, please fill out this form instead.

What is it?

Shared/office email accounts and shared calendar accounts allow individuals to access and collaborate as a group using an email account or group calendar. This service allows users to be added or removed from those accounts.

How to request it?

Please submit the request form on this page. 

How to use it?

After submitting the form, ITS will review your request, and upon approval, the changes will be applied to your office/shared account. You will be notified when the updates are complete.

How much does it cost?
