Who can use it?

BGSU Faculty, Staff, Students

*The requestor must be the head of the University department or office, chair of the University faculty or staff group, or the faculty or staff advisor of the registered student group.

What is it?

This service allows users to create a full email account, or just a calendar that many different people can access and collaborate through.

Where to get it?

Click the "Request Shared Account" link on this page to request a new office email or calendar account. Use the same request form to obtain access to an existing account if the owner has left the university.

How to use it?

Once your account is setup, use these guides to assist you in opening your new account.
