Project Evaluation requests, Business Process Reviews (BPRs) and requests for information needed related to audits.

Prior to submitting a Project Evaluation request users should familiarize themselves with the three IT Project Classifications used by ITS to categorize requests. These Project Classifications include: IT Services, IT Ongoing Operations and IT New Projects.

Project Evaluation Request

Use this form to submit a potential IT project for evaluation by Information Technology Services (ITS). For routine technology support, service requests, or requests for an existing ITS service, please use the appropriate ITS Service Catalog request form. Submitted Project Evaluation Requests will be reviewed by ITS to determine the appropriate path forward. Requests that meet the criteria for a potential project will proceed through the project evaluation process.
