Do I have to authenticate every time I check my email?

Webmail
To avoid having to authenticate every time you check your BGSU email via webmail, use the Remember Me feature.
To have the Duo Two Factor Authentication system remember you for 30 days, select check the box on the Duo screen that says Remember me for 30 Days. You will need to check this box once per browser, per device, and you will need to check the box again if you clear your cache or history.
Mobile App
When checking your email using the Outlook App, you will only be prompted to authenticate approximately once every 4-6 weeks.
Desktop
When checking your email using the Outlook desktop client, you will only be prompted to authenticate approximately once every 4-6 weeks.
