Unable to Sign In to My Library Account

What should I do if I am unable to log in to My Library Account?

Answer

If you are unable to log in to your My Libary Account, please first verify that you can also log into othe BGSU accounts. If you cannot access other BGSU accounts, please contact ITS. If you can access your other BGSU accounts, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that you are logging in at https://maurice.bgsu.edu/patroninfo.html
  2. Make sure you are using the BGSU Students, Faculty & Staff Login.
  3. Sign in using your BGSU Account information.

 

Note: Alumni and Courtesy Card holders can check the status of their library account by contacting Jerome Library at 419-372-2051 or http://www.bgsu.edu/library/ask-us.html during open hours.
