Unable to Sign In to Library Account

What should I do if I am unable to log in to my Library Account?

If you are unable to log in to your My Library Account, please first verify that you can also log into other BGSU accounts. If you cannot access other BGSU accounts, please contact ITS. If you can access your other BGSU accounts, please follow these steps:

Current BGSU Students, Faculty & Staff

1.  Ensure that you are logging in at https://librarysearch.bgsu.edu/discovery/login?vid=01OHIOLINK_BGSU:BGSU. 
2. Make sure you are using the BGSU Students, Faculty & Staff Login.
3. Sign in using your BGSU Account information.

 Alumni and Courtesy Card holders

1. Ensure that you are logging in at https://librarysearch.bgsu.edu/discovery/login?vid=01OHIOLINK_BGSU:BGSU. 
2. Make sure you are using the Other Users Login.
3. Sign in using your account information provided by the library.
