Question
How do I add, remove and sync an iOS Mail account on an iOS device?
Answer
Adding Account to iOS Mail*
	- Open Settings.
 
	- Select Mail.
 
	- Select Accounts.
 
	- Select Add Account.
 
	- Choose Exchange 
 
	- On the next screen, enter your BGSU email address and select Next.
 
	- Select Sign In.
 
	- Enter your BGSU username and password.
 
	- Select Sign In and authenticate via Duo Two Factor Authentication.
	
		- To avoid having to authenticate often select Remember me for 30 days
 
	
	 
	- Select the items you want to sync. 
 
	- Select Save.  
 
	- Account setup is complete.
 
Removing an email account on iPhone
	- Open Settings.
 
	- Select Mail.
 
	- Select Accounts.
 
	- Select Exchange Account. If you gave the account a Description select the name you gave the account.
 
	- Select Delete Account.
 
	- Select Delete from My iPhone.
 
Syncing iOS Mail* with BGSU email after getting a new phone
	- Open Settings
 
	- Scroll down and select Apps
 
	- Select Mail
 
	- Select Mail Accounts
 
	- Select your BGSU email account
 
	- You should be prompted to sign in to your BGSU account
 
	- If you have any issues verifying through Duo due to getting a new phone, please see our list of articles on Duo located here
 
	- Restart your Mail app
 
	- You should now be able to see your BGSU email and contacts in your Mail app, if you are still unable to, try removing the email account and re-adding it using the steps listed above
