Sync BGSU Email (iOS Mail App)

How do I add and remove an iOS Mail account on an iOS device?

Adding Account to iOS Mail*

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Mail.
3. Select Accounts.
4. Select Add Account.
5. Choose Exchange 
6. On the next screen, enter your BGSU email address and select Next.
7. Select Sign In.
8. Enter your BGSU username and password.
9. Select Sign In and authenticate via Duo Two Factor Authentication.
   • To avoid having to authenticate often select Remember me for 30 days
10. Select the items you want to sync. 
11. Select Save.  
12. Account setup is complete.

Removing an email account on iPhone

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Mail.
3. Select Accounts.
4. Select Exchange Account. If you gave the account a Description select the name you gave the account.
5. Select Delete Account.
6. Select Delete from My iPhone.

ITS does not officially support iOS Mail.
