Is Cisco Jabber (Softphone) Already Installed on My Device?


Will faculty/staff have Jabber installed?


To confirm if Jabber is installed on your device, follow the steps below. 

  • Windows deviceType Jabber into the Windows search tool in the bottom left corner of your screen and select the Jabber App.
  • Mac deviceOpen the Finderselect Applications and select Jabber
