Canvas File Upload Using Microsoft OneDrive in Edge Browser

File Upload in Canvas using Microsoft OneDrive in Edge Browser will return a blank page or an error message of authentication failed while trying to use the standard Microsoft Edge browser.

There are three solutions: Use Microsoft Edge New In-private window, use Chrome or Firefox, or the modify the browser settings as outlined below.

Modify Microsoft Edge Browser Settings:

1. Select the “…” in the upper right and select Settings.
2. Select Cookies and site permissions.
3. Scroll to the Allow section.
4. Select Add.
5. Enter bgsu.instructure.com and select Include third-party cookies on this site.
6. Select Add.
7. Select Add.
8. Enter onedrivelti.microsoft.com and select Include third-party cookies on this site.
9. Select Add.
10. Select Add.
11. Enter canvas.instructure.com and select Include third-party cookies on this site.
12. Select Add.
13. Exit Microsoft Edge settings.
