Reset BGSU Test Environment Password


How do I reset my forgotten BGSU test environment password?


ITS cannot sync a user's test account password with their BGSU production account password. Instead, users can change their test password to match their production password (or to any password they choose) via self-service by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to
  2. On the log in page select Forgot Password
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Select Reset via Email.
    1. Locate the email from BGSU Information Technology Services <> and select the Reset Password link.
    2. An email will be sent to your BGSU email address.
  5. Enter the answer to your security question and select Reset Password.
    1. Review the password requirements and then enter your new password twice in the associated fields.
    2. Select Reset Password.
