How do I reset my forgotten BGSU test environment password?
Answer
In order to reset your BGSU test environment password, you must change/reset your production password. ITS cannot manually sync a user’s test account password with their BGSU production account password. Test account passwords are automatically copied to the test environment and should match your production environment password.
