Zoom Meetings Scheduled in Personal Account Not Displaying in BGSU Zoom Account

Question

I recently converted my personal Zoom account to a BGSU Zoom account but my scheduled meetings are not displaying, what can I do?

Answer

  1. Verify your personal Zoom account has been converted to a BGSU Zoom account by following these instructions.
  2. Log in to the Zoom web application at  bgsu-edu.zoom.us using your BGSU email address and password. 
  3. Select Meetings from the left navigation menu and check to see if your previously scheduled meetings are listed.
  4. If your previously scheduled meetings are not listed, please contact ITS.
