I recently converted my personal Zoom account to a BGSU Zoom account but my scheduled meetings are not displaying, what can I do?
Answer
- Verify your personal Zoom account has been converted to a BGSU Zoom account by following these instructions.
- Log in to the Zoom web application at bgsu-edu.zoom.us using your BGSU email address and password.
- Select Meetings from the left navigation menu and check to see if your previously scheduled meetings are listed.
- If your previously scheduled meetings are not listed, please contact ITS.
