How do I use the Two Factor Authentication security token?

Follow the steps below to use your Two Factor Authentication security token purchased from Information Technology Services (ITS) to access Duo-protected University services. 

1. Initiate a login by attempting to access a Duo protected service and entering your BGSU username/password.
2. You will be prompted to authenticate using Two Factor Authentication.
3. Select the Enter Passcode option from the Choose Your Authentication Method window. 
4. Press the green button on your security token.
5. Enter the 6-digit number that appears on your token into the box and select Login.
6. You should now have access to the protected service. 

**Please do not approve Duo authentication requests if you have not attempted to log in to a protected service. For more information review this article**
