How Do I Review the Devices Assigned to Me?

How can I review all of the university-owned devices assigned to me?

Answer

To review the university-owned devices in your name, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the ITS Service Portal. 
    • Select Sign In in the top right corner and enter your BGSU username and password.
  2. From within the ITS Service Portal, select your name located in the top right corner of the screen. 
  3. Select My Profile.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view the My Assets information.
    • Here you will find a list of all the university-owned devices in your name.
    • The second column lists the device's Service Tag (also knowns as Asset Tag).
    • The table also includes information such as model, assigned location, and status. 

If you see a device listed that should not be assigned to you, or has changed locations, please contact ITS so that records are updated appropriately.

If a device listed is no longer in use or needed, please complete a request for pick up to return the device to inventory.
