If you are trying to print but your BG1 Card indicates a lack of funds, check your BG1 Card balance and add funds if necessary. You can view your printing funds through BG1 Card Services. If, after checking your balance and you confirm you have sufficient funds and you are still unable to print, please contact BG1 Card Services for assistance.
Please note: New/replacement BG1 cards may take up to one hour to activate and if a user freezes their card through MyBGSU, it will read as "no card".
