Microsoft maintains their own library of SharePoint documentation and self-help/support articles. Most of the articles housed in the BGSU ITS Knowledge Base are specific to the BGSU instance of SharePoint, rather than general information. If you cannot find the answer to your question in our KB, we suggest searching the Microsoft SharePoint documentation page.
