Both Windows and Mac operating systems have built-in dictation tools. Information on using these tools is available at the links below:

*Users will need device administrator rights or to contact the ITS service desk (419-372-0999 or through chat) to turn this feature ON.
In addition to these built-in operating system tools, several other applications have built in dictation tools, including Outlook, Microsoft Word and more. To determine if a specific application has dictation features, we suggest searching the application's Help menu or vendor website for "dictation".
