Saving an Excel Spreadsheet Locally to a Device

How do I save an Excel file locally to my device?

1. With the Excel spreadsheet open, select File from the top left corner of your screen.
2. Select Save As.
3. Give the file a name. 
4. Select the location where you would like to save the file (such as the Desktop or Documents folder).
5. Select Save.
