What do I do if I have multiple devices requiring a Windows version update?

If you have multiple devices, you will need to look up which version number your device(s) are currently running. Compare this number to the version number indicated in the ITS email notification to see if your device is currently being targeted or has already been targeted. Follow these instructions to find your device's current Windows version.
