Canvas Studio not recording video (only audio) on Mac Devices

Issue

Canvas Studio not allowing video capture to take place on a Mac; video capture only capturing voice recording, no video.

To fix this issue:

  1. Navigate to System Preferences.
  2. Select Privacy and Security.
  3. Select Camera.
  4. Give the web browser permission to use the camera.
