How do I use the Microsoft Teams Calendar?

To access the Microsoft Teams calendar, select the Calendar icon (located along the left side of the screen in the desktop application or at the bottom of the phone app). Some important things to note regarding the Microsoft Teams calendar are outlined below.

  • Teams calendar automatically syncs with your BGSU Outlook calendar.
  • Users can schedule a Teams meeting directly from the Teams calendar.
  • Users can join a Teams meeting directly from the Teams calendar.
  • Teams meetings have a Teams icon and a Join button.
  • Teams calendar includes the Meet Now feature.
