Using the MS Teams Activity Feed

Question

What is the Microsoft Teams Activity feed used for?

Answer

The Activity feed is a timeline of all activity that has recently happened across your Teams, Channels, chats, etc. If your activity feed has too much detail on for you, use filtering to help find and review things. Follow the steps below to filter your activity feed.

  1. Navigate to the Activity feed by selecting the Activity icon from the left navigation menu.
  2. Select filter (funnel icon).
  3. Select the ellipses (three dots).
  4. Select which items you would like to see based on the options provided, such as @mentions, unread messages, replies, etc.
  5. Select the X to clear the filter.
  6. To see only your activity, select the down arrow next to Feed and select My Activity.
