How do I access the Microsoft Teams web application?

Answer

Microsoft Teams is a platform for team collaboration within Office 365. BGSU faculty and staff can request the creation of a Microsoft Team by visiting our service page. To access and use the Microsoft Teams web application, follow these steps:

Option One: Via BGSU Webmail

  1. Login to BGSU webmail with your BGSU credentials.
  2. Select the app launcher icon from the top left corner of the screen (this looks a square made up of nine dots). 
  3. Select the Teams icon to launch Microsoft Teams.

Option Two: Via the Microsoft Teams Website

  1. Navigate to the Microsoft Teams website. 
  2. Login to BGSU webmail with your BGSU credentials.
  3. Enter your BGSU email address.
  4. Select Work or School account.
  5. Log in with your BGSU email address and password
  6. Authenticate via Duo Two Factor Authentication
