How do I access the Microsoft Teams web application?
Answer
Microsoft Teams is a platform for team collaboration within Office 365. BGSU faculty and staff can request the creation of a Microsoft Team by visiting our service page. To access and use the Microsoft Teams web application, follow these steps:
Option One: Via BGSU Webmail
- Login to BGSU webmail with your BGSU credentials.
- Select the app launcher icon from the top left corner of the screen (this looks a square made up of nine dots).
- Select the Teams icon to launch Microsoft Teams.
Option Two: Via the Microsoft Teams Website
- Navigate to the Microsoft Teams website.
- Login to BGSU webmail with your BGSU credentials.
- Enter your BGSU email address.
- Select Work or School account.
- Log in with your BGSU email address and password.
- Authenticate via Duo Two Factor Authentication.
