Question
When attempting to connect to eduroam using my university device, it is listed as connected but with "no internet"; what can I do?
Answer
Windows 11
- Ensure your device is connected to eduroam.
- Right Click the network symbol from the bottom right corner of the Windows taskbar and Select Network & Internet Settings.
- Select Properties.
- Click the Edit button for Advanced Wi-Fi network properties.
- Select the Security tab and Click on the Settings button.
- Select and enter the settings as displayed in the next picture

- Click OK.
- Within the Security tab and Click on the Advanced settings button
- Change the authentication mode to User or computer authentication and Check Enable single sign on for this network
- Select OK.
