Question
When attempting to connect to eduroam using my university device, it is listed as connected but with "no internet"; what can I do?
Answer
- Ensure your device is connected to eduroam.
- Select the Wi-Fi symbol from the bottom right corner of the Windows taskbar.
- Select Network & Internet Settings.
- Select Wi-Fi from the left navigation menu.
- Select Change adapter options from under the Related settings header.
- Right-click on the Wi-Fi adapter and select Status.
- Select Wireless Properties.
- Select the Security tab.
- Select Advanced settings.
- Change the authentication mode from Computer authentication to User authentication
- Verify "Enable single sign on for this network" is disabled
- Select Save credentials.
- Enter your BGSU email address and password.
- Select OK.
