How to request it?

Please submit the request form on this page to submit a request to procure software for installation on a University-owned device.

How to use it?

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by ITS and other University areas based on this process. You may be asked to provide an estimated cost for the software at any point within the review process.

If approved, you will be provided a quote for the price of the requested software and asked to provide any additional information needed. If denied you may work with ITS to identify an alternative solution.

To expedite this process, the BGSU employee most familiar with the software should submit this form.**

How much does it cost?

Software purchase prices are to be determined. Where applicable, a quote will be provided to the requestor for approval prior to making the purchase.
