The process for requesting assistance with a Four Winds digital sign or software, or the decommissioning of a digital sign that is no longer needed.

Please submit the request form on this page to request assistance with a sign or to request the decommissioning of a sign.
How to use it?
After you have submitted the form an ITS technician will review your issue/request and contact you with a resolution or for troubleshooting.
How much does it cost?
There are no costs associated with requesting assistance. There may be associated costs with decommissioning a sign.
