Report Telephone/Voicemail Malfunction

Who can use it?

BGSU faculty, staff and student employees working on campus.

What is it?

The process for reporting a malfunction with your VoIP or analog telephone service, rented equipment or University voicemail account.

  • Phone will not power on.
  • Phone does not ring when called.
  • Phone will not answer with headset. 
  • Phone cord is worn/damaged.
  • Phone static detected when on calls.

To report a problem with your telephone service, an equipment malfunction or voicemail issue, please complete the Report Phone Malfunction form on this page.

*Be sure to select the Report Problem option from the Telephone Type of Assistance drop-down menu. 

How to use it?
