How do I disable the Focused Inbox tool in Outlook on my mobile device?

Answer

  1. Open the Outlook app on your device
  2. Select Settings (gear icon) in the bottom left corner or top right corner (depending on device) of your screen.
  3. Scroll down to Focused Inbox (located under MAIL).
  4. To turn off Focused Inbox, drag the slider button to the left.
