Managing Email Notifications in Adobe Sign

To change and manage email notifications in Adobe Sign, follow the instructions below.

Log in to https://esignadobe.bgsu.edu/.
Select the down arrow next to your name in the top right corner of the screen.
Select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
Select My Notifications from the left navigation menu under Personal Preferences.
Check or uncheck which changes in status should trigger an email notification or create an event.
Check or uncheck which conditions should trigger an email notification or create an alert.
Select Save.

What Roles Are Enabled in Adobe Sign?

The following roles are enabled in BGSU's instance of Adobe Sign:

Sender

A Sender is an Adobe Sign user who has had an account set up by ITS. Senders can create, upload and send documents to recipients through Adobe Sign.

Signer (Recipient Role)

Any recipient of an Adobe Sign document/form will have the Signer role enabled (for both BGSU and non-BGSU recipients). Signers have the ability to sign documents.

Approver (Recipient Role)

Recipients marked as Approvers can review and approve a document but are not required to sign it. They may be required to enter data into fields.
