Where can I find extensive Zoom support/assistance?

Zoom maintains their own library of documentation and self-help/support articles. Most of the articles housed in the BGSU ITS Knowledge Base are specific to the BGSU instance of Zoom, rather than general information. If you cannot find the answer to your question in our KB, we suggest searching the Zoom Support site.
