Moving Quiz Questions Into An Item Bank In Canvas New Quizzes

How do I add questions from a Canvas quiz, using the New Quizzes engine, into an item bank? 

Once you add questions to a quiz, you can add it to an item bank to use in other quizzes. After the question has been added to the item bank, all question properties other than the point value must be edited in the item bank. Make sure the question is complete before adding it to the item bank.

1. Open the course that contains the quiz you would like to edit. 
2. Select Quizzes from the course navigation. 
3. Select the quiz by clicking on its title then select Build. 
4. Locate the question that you would like to move to the item bank and select the edit icon. 
5. Select Item Banking. 
6. Select Add to Bank. 
7. To add a question to an existing item bank: 
   1. Select the Existing item bank option. Then, select the item bank you want to use from the Select the destination bank drop-down menu. 
   2. Select Add to add the item to the bank. 
8. To add a question to a new bank: 
   1. Select the New item bank option. 
   2. Enter the name of the new bank in the New Bank Title field. 
   3. Select Add to add the item to the new bank.
