How do I view a Power BI (PBI) report/dashboard?

Answer

Follow the instructions below to view a Power BI report or dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Power BI by following these instructions. 
  2. Once logged in, all workspaces you have access to will display.
  3. Select a workspace to open it.
  4. To display different views, select Dashboards or Reports from the top menu.
  5. A list of available reports/dashboards will display. 
  6. Select the dashboard or report name to open. 

Standard PBI reports often include various visual elements, such as charts, graphs, cards and sliders. PBI reports are meant to be interactive and have ability drilldown by clicking different parts of a report.
