What is it?
Power BI is a data visualization tool with the ability to combine multitudes of different data, coming from different systems, all into one visual container.
The request report feature allows the user to request the creation of a new Power BI report or to modify an existing Power BI report. Reports can be customized to include specific data and can be delivered to a specific audience with a preferred delivery frequency.

How to use it?
Power BI is included as part of BGSU's software licensing agreement with Microsoft. The desktop application can be downloaded from the Microsoft website here or the web application via Office 365 under Apps.
