How Do I Hide Navigation Items In Canvas?

How do I hide course navigation items in Canvas as an instructor or teaching assistant?

1. Login to http://canvas.bgsu.edu.
2. Click on the Courses icon from the left navigation.
3. Select the course you want to change the navigation.
4. Select Settings from the course's left navigation.
5. Select Navigation from the top of the page. 
6. Drag items below the “Drag items here to hide...” line of text to hide the parts of Canvas you do not intend to use.
7. Scroll down and select Save.
