BGSU uses the Unity Communication system for staff and faculty voicemail.

To change your voicemail greeting:
- Access your BGSU voicemail by following these instructions.
- After entering your voicemail pin, press 4.
- Press 1 to change greeting.
- Follow the prompts to update/change your voicemail greeting.
To reset your BGSU voicemail PIN, please submit a Reset Voicemain PIN request form to ITS.
To call/transfer directly to a BGSU employee's voicemail, add an asterisk (*) to the start of their five-digit extension.
For example, if you were attempting to reach someone with the on-campus extension 2-5555, you could reach their voicemail directly by dialing *2-5555.
