Accessing Your BGSU Voicemail

How do I access my BGSU voicemail? 

You can access your BGSU voicemail (Cisco Unity Connection) from your desk phone, from another BGSU phone, or from a non-BGSU phone:

From Your BGSU Desk Phone

1. Press the voicemail (envelope) button. 
2. Enter your BGSU Voicemail PIN, followed by # (pound).

From a BGSU Phone Without a Voicemail Button

1. Dial 2-9622.
2. Press the asterisk key (*) when Cisco Unity Connection answers.
3. Enter your Unity Connection ID - this is your BGSU extension number (2-XXXX) - followed by # (pound).
4. Enter your BGSU Voicemail PIN, followed by # (pound).

From a Non-BGSU Phone

1. Dial 419-372-9622.
2. Press the asterisk key (*) when Cisco Unity Connection answers.
3. Enter your Unity Connection ID - this is your BGSU extension number (2-XXXX) - followed by # (pound).
4. Enter your BGSU Voicemail PIN, followed by # (pound).

From Cisco Jabber

1. Select the Voicemail icon from the Cisco Jabber menu.
2. Select the Call Voicemail button in the messages section.
