How do I view the telephone billing charges report?

To view the telephone billing charges report*, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to app.powerbi.com. 
    • You must be connected to the BGSU network/VPN to access this site.
  2. Log in with your BGSU username and password.
  3. ​​​​​​​Select ITS Equipment Rental Bill in the PBI_CO_Budget_Administrators workspace.​​​​​​​
    1. Parameters include:  Fiscal Year, Accounting Period, Division, Area, College/Office, Department

*Please ensure you have access to the Power BI workspace PBI_CO_Budget_Administrators prior to viewing your report. Power BI access can be requested here.
