What are best practices when using OneDrive?
Usage must be consistent with all relevant BGSU policies, including but not limited to the BGSU IT Policy and Data Use Policy
Do not share or store sensitive data such as social security numbers, driver’s license numbers, personal financial account information, and personal health information
Only share files with people authorized to view the data
Mobile devices that connect to OneDrive are protected from unauthorized access
Use for file storage and sharing. The use of DropBox, Google Drive and other solutions may not conform to the security standards and legal requirements of OneDrive and should be discontinued immediately
