Changing the Conversation Setting in Webmail

Why do some emails seem to be grouped together instead of displaying at the time they were sent?

When you have several emails from the same sender with the same title, by default your email will condense those messages into a Conversation dated when the last email was received. 

1. Log in to your webmail.
2. At the top right of the page, select Settings to open Quick settings.
3. Choose Mail and then Layout.
4. Under Message organization, Select Show email as individual messages.
5. Your messages will now show individually.
