Four Winds/Digital Sign Request

BGSU faculty and staff. 

What is it?

The process for requesting a new digital sign. 

How to request it?

The Office of Marketing and Communications (M&C) approves all new digital sign requests. Upon M&C approval, the requesting department will work with ITS to order the monitor, computer, and have the appropriate software installed. Along with the sign, you may also need electric and network connectivity installed at the location of the sign. 

Four Winds Digital Sign Content Responsibilities

How to use it?

Once the software and digital sign have been installed, users can launch the software by accessing the desktop Four Winds client. Once connected to the Four Winds database, use the interface to manage and schedule content for your signs.

How much does it cost?

Requesting departments will be charged market price for the purchase and installation of new digital signage. There is no cost associated with the installation of the Four Winds software.
