New Office (Shared) Email Account/Calendar Request

BGSU faculty, staff and students.

*The requestor must be the head of the University department or office, chair of the University faculty or staff group, or the faculty or staff advisor of the registered student group.

What is it?

Use this service to request the creation of a new email account and corresponding calendar or just a calendar for use and collaboration by multiple individuals, such as an office, department, or student group; otherwise known as a shared email or calendar.

Where to get it?

Complete the Request Shared Account form on this page to request a new office (shared) email or calendar account. Use the same request form to obtain access to an existing account if the owner has left the University.

Once your account is set up, use these guides to assist you in opening and configuring your new account.
