BGSU faculty, staff, students and community members.

What is it?

The process for requesting the creation of a ListServ. ListServs allow for efficient group emailing. 

ListServ request guidelines:

  • The maximum number of users for a single ListServ is 1000.
  • ListServ requests with more than 1000 users should be directed to the Office of Marketing & Brand Strategy
  • Users who would like to message BGSU audiences such as all students, faculty or staff should contact the Office of Marketing & Brand Strategy
  • One-way communication requests may need additional review/analysis prior to list creation.

Please Note: BGSU listserv list owners must be active BGSU account holders and the associated BGSU account must be used to moderate lists.
