What is it?
This process for requesting changes/upgrades to existing computer labs, or to request setup of a new computer lab.

How to use it?
After submitting the request form, ITS will review the request and contact you with additional information.
If you would like to add software to a lab, please complete this request form.
For University construction projects involving a classroom or computer lab that are not complete within 15 business days of the start of the subsequent term, ITS cannot guarantee that the installation of technology and/or provisioning of software will be available for the first day of classes.
How much does it cost?
Minimum cost for a ground-up new computer lab install: $25,000.00, plus $2,000.00 per seat.
Minimum cost for computer hardware replacement only: $1,500.00 per seat.
