How do I receive credit for an auxiliary replacement device?

Answer

Auxiliaries requesting a device to replace an existing device (Replacement Device) can receive a credit of $50.00 or more toward the purchase of the replacement device, dependent on the depreciated value of the device being replaced. To receive this credit, please be sure to select Replacement Device from the What will this device be used for field, and provide the asset tag when completing the University-Owned Device Request form. After receiving the form, ITS will communicate the credit value via the assigned ticket.
